and compliant clinical documentation in line with organisational and regulatory requirementsPractise safely within scope, ensuring accountability and adherence to policies, procedures, and community care standardsMaintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and skills relevant to community-based care through ongoing professional developmentProvide leadership, supervision, and support to Enrolled Nurses, support workers, and care staffAssist with staff orientation, education, and ongoing competency developmentSupport student placements and assist with onboarding of agency or new staffContribute to continuous improvement, service development, and quality care initiativesCommunicate effectively with clients, families, carers, and stakeholders to support coordinated carePromote client independence, health education, and self-management strategiesEscalate incidents, risks, and safeguarding concerns in line with reporting requirementsAct as a senior clinician in the community setting when required, including responding to urgent situationsEnsure compliance with quality standards, accreditation requirements, and Work Health & Safety practices in community environmentsIdentify and manage risks within clients' homes and community settings to maintain safe care deliveryUndertake additional duties within scope to support effective and responsive community care services.Current AHPRA registration with no conditionsNational Police ClearanceCurrent NDIS Worker Screening CheckFirst Aid Certificate / CPRAbility to work efficiently under pressure.We are an inclusive and family-friendly organisation.
