We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our leadership team to deliver on the next phase of our growth plan.Reporting directly to the CEO, your overarching responsibility will be to innovate and execute the Floorworld digital, social, ecommerce and above-the-line marketing strategy.
As the custodian for the Floorworld brand look, feel and voice, you will lead the marketing team to implement the plan, whilst ensuring inclusive stakeholder engagement with our members and trade partners.
This is a hands-on role, and no two days will be the same.Key responsibilitiesInnovate and execute the Floorworld digital, social, ecommerce and above-the-line marketing strategyLead the marketing team to implement the planEnsure inclusive stakeholder engagement with members and trade partnersDevelop and implement successful brand marketing plans encompassing above-the-line, store, social and digital platformsManage budgeting, analysis, and P&L; managementSet clear mandates for your team and coach them to execute the marketing strategy in alignment with company values and purposeAbout youBachelor's degree in marketingMinimum of 7 years in a similar Marketing Management role leading direct reportsLived experience within a Franchise,



retail and/or B2B business model where the customer purchase cycle mandates long-term customer brand engagementProven experience developing and implementing successful brand marketing plans encompassing above-the-line, store, social and digital platformsWorking knowledge of how to use and maximise efficiencies using AI platforms, WordPress and marketing essential toolsMarketing all-rounder with high energy, willing and able to work between strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment with a small teamStrong commercial acumen and skilled at budgeting, analysis, and P&L; managementExcellent English language skills, solid communicator, influencer, and negotiatorAbility to engage with and manage a diverse stakeholder group to deliver agreed outcomesFull, unrestricted working rights in AustraliaAbout usAt Floorworld, we deliver better spaces from the ground up so our customers, community and members can live better in the spaces they're inFloorworld is an Australian flooring company offering a wide range of domestic and commercial flooring options sourced from the best brand names in the industry.
