This role will challenge you to work in a rapid paced and high energy environment.
No prior Quality control experience required!
We currently have 3 shifts available.
Day shift: 8:30-5pm, afternoon shift: 1pm - 9:30pm and night shift: 9:30pm - 6 am.RequirementsYour Responsibilities will include:Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standardsConduct regular inspections and audits of equipment, instrumentation,
and process parameters to identify deviations and opportunities for improvementAnalyse process data and trends to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective and preventive actionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvementsProvide training and support to manufacturing personnel on process control procedures and best practicesParticipate in the commissioning and validation of new equipment and processesMaintain accurate documentation and records of process control activitiesSkills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related fieldStrong technical skills and knowledge of process instrumentation and control systemsAnalytical mindset with the ability to analyse complex data and troubleshoot technical issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteJob previewWhat is in it for you?
