18 staff business known for producing high-quality food products for export around Australia and overseas to 20+ countries.
Reporting to General Manager, you will be involved in the day-today supply chain for export in a hands‐on role for end-to-end shipment coordination, export documentation, freight management, reporting and operational compliance.
As the Logistics & Warehouse Manager you will lead a small team of 2 people - Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Assistant to ensure that all deadlines and warehouse expectations are met.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Oversee the accurate and timely preparation and checking of export documentation, including EDN, invoices, COO, Health Certificates, SLI/VGM, BOL, Phyto, Meat RFP etc.Train, lead, and mentor a small team within a warehouse environmentMaintain appropriate stock and inventory levels of all production materialsUnderstanding of Health & Safety, Quality Assurance and Logistics requirementsCoordinate and optimise shipments, ensuring timely delivery of FMCG productsCollaborate with suppliers, carriers,



and authorities to streamline export processesMonitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to stakeholders, including customs paperwork, shipping manifests, and compliance recordsProactively identify logistics issues and implement solutions to enhance efficiencyWork closely with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with overall business objectives
Experience & Qualifications
Experience in logistics, international freight, export operations and warehouse managementProficient in using SAP & EdiSoft to manage shipments and track inventoryThe ability to provide leadership and guidance to the warehouse staffEnthusiastic leader who is self-motivated that has a passion for safetyAttention to detail, strong process systems and focused on achieving outcomesDetail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environmentExperience managing Food, Dairy or FMCG would be highly regardedForklift licence and Drivers licence is essential
