They are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join the team on a high-rise mixed-use development in the Northgate area.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain QA/QC processes, ITPs and site inspections to ensure construction standards are met.Monitor the construction programme and coordinate inspection schedules and site activities.Raise and manage RFIs, project registers and quality documentation.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders to resolve site and quality issues.Support HSEQ,



safety inspections and continuous improvement across the project.Requirements3 years' experience in multi-residential or high-rise construction projects.Strong understanding of QA/QC, ITPs, inspections, RFIs and construction documentation.Proficiency with construction/project management and document control systems.Carpentry/building trade background or tertiary qualification in Construction, Building or a related discipline.What's on OfferCompetitive salary range between $100k-$120K + Super (Open for discussion)Join a highly reputable builder-developer with a strong project pipeline.Supportive, collaborative and team-focused site environment.Solid opportunities for career development and progression.
