The Position
Accountable to the State Manager and for the success of the sales division
Manage and mentor the new business development team
Develop and implement sales strategies and processes
Support and maintain existing customer relationships
Continue business growth with established blue chip client base
Prepare and present tenders and proposals incorporating all supply chain service capabilities
Facilitate and report outcomes of weekly sales meetings
The Requirements
Proven track record in sales and marketing within the Australian international freight forwarding and logistics industry




Extensive experience in all aspects of air and ocean freight, logistics and transportation procedures and regulations
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to develop and manage a high performing team
Have a proven track record in people management and best practice
Ability to adapt and work in a rapidly changing and evolving structure
