And we're not slowing down.About the Role:We're looking for an experienced Product Development Specialist to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave, with potential to extend depending on business needs.
If you love the idea of taking a concept from a whiteboard sketch to a shelf-ready product, and doing it with precision, curiosity, and pace, this is your seat at the table.Responsibilities:Support the ideation, formulation, and development of new products from concept through to launch.Assist in the creation and testing of prototypes, ensuring products meet quality, taste, and performance standards.Conduct research on emerging ingredients, formulations, and consumer trends to inform product innovation.Collaborate with Marketing to incorporate consumer insights into product design and positioning.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Quality teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.Support communication between internal teams and external suppliers, manufacturers, and co-packers.Assist with project planning and coordination to ensure deadlines are met and resources are optimised.Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all product formulations, packaging, and labeling comply with local and international regulations.Maintain accurate records of formulations, testing results,
and development processes.Support quality assurance processes and product testing to meet internal and regulatory standards.Identify opportunities to improve product development processes, reduce time-to-market, and optimise cost efficiencies.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.About you:5+ years' experience in product development, ideally within food, supplements, health, or FMCG categoriesA sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ballAn analytical mind that's just as comfortable with scientific data as it is with consumer insightA natural collaborator who thrives working across teams and disciplinesA genuine passion for product innovation, grounded in commercial and brand realityStrong organisational instincts - you manage timelines and documentation like second natureWorking knowledge of food, supplement, or health product regulations and quality standardsA proactive, problem-solving streak - you spot the roadblock before it becomes oneCommercial awareness that keeps every product decision tied to market and consumer needAbout EHPlabs:At EHPlabs we are about leading health and fitness through our ethos of 'we rise by lifting others'.
