Due to our excellent reputation and market demand, our company is growing.Due to rapid growth in our Maintenance division, we are seeking an experienced full-time dedicated Senior Maintenance Metal Roof Plumber for an immediate start.The successful applicant must be committed, respectful and polite to our customers with excellent problem-solving skills, an eye for quality and detail and work safely as a priority.
Work well independently as well as part of a team.
You will also need the skills to mentor an apprentice.Applicants with the ability to measure project style roof flashings, roof sheets, etc and the willingness to advance, learn new skills,



live close to our Wangara office/warehouse will be preferred.The role - Single Storey New Builds:New gutter installationDownpipes and rain head installationLeaks and maintenanceSmall flashing workGutter and/or Metal Sheet replacementPick up materials from suppliersOther duties as requiredThe day-to-day work will take you to all areas of Perth metro and will mostly consist of final render downpipe installation on single storey project houses, with installation of some rain heads, gutter and flashings if and when required.Skills and Experience:At least 5 years' experience in the roofing industry which could include a combination of roof plumbing/roof tiling or similar roof maintenance experience.Current Driver's licenceWhite CardWorking at Heights (preferred but not essential)Positive leak detection and problem-solving skills and a proactive personalityMust hold Australian permanent residency or citizenshipRooftek Solutions offer a great salary package, including fully serviced D-Max vehicle with fuel card, tools and phone.
