Project Managers and Design Manager from ECI and preconstruction through to delivery.You will remain hands‐on and close to project delivery while taking on greater operational responsibility across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee project reviews, troubleshooting and delivery support across the portfolioSupport Project Managers across programme, procurement, commercial risk and project performanceParticipate in ECI, tender reviews, buildability, methodology and value managementLead structured handovers from Estimating / Preconstruction into project deliveryMentor Project Managers while supporting the Construction Managers across broader operational requirementsThe Ideal CandidateExperienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager from a head contractorStrong Tier 3 project delivery experienceWell‐rounded exposure across programme, procurement, commercial and construction methodologyExposure to ECI, tenders or preconstruction highly regardedAmbitious to progress into broader construction leadershipWhat's On OfferBroader exposure than a traditional single-project Senior Project Manager roleRemain hands‐on and close to project deliveryExposure across both preconstruction and construction operationsDirect involvement with senior leadership and the wider project portfolioGenuine pathway into a future Construction Manager or Preconstruction Manager role
