About the roleJoin Are Media's Advertising Sales team as a Project Manager and play a pivotal role in bringing premium brand campaigns to life across Australia's most influential luxury, lifestyle and women's media titles.Working with iconic brands including The Australian Women's Weekly, marie claire, ELLE, Better Homes & Gardens and more, you'll oversee the seamless delivery of sophisticated, multi-channel campaigns and tentpole events that connect leading advertisers with highly engaged audiences.This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of media, luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle, partnering with internal stakeholders and premium clients to execute best‐class commercial campaigns across print, digital, social and experiential platforms.Take ownership of end‐to‐end campaign delivery, working across integrated media, content and experiential activations for iconic brands in a collaborative, fast‐paced environment where you can directly influence campaign execution and success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end‐to‐end delivery of campaigns, from briefing through to execution and post‐campaign wrapDrive implementation of integrated campaigns across media, content, and activation channelsCoordinate internal teams (creative, strategy, production) and external partners to ensure seamless executionManage timelines, budgets,



and deliverables across multiple concurrent projectsSupport campaign planning and translate strategy into clear executional plansOversee activation and event delivery, including production, logistics, and on‐the‐ground execution where requiredIdentify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain momentum to meet deadlinesMaintain strong stakeholder communication across clients, agencies, and internal teamsContribute to process improvements and best practice in campaign deliveryWhat We're Looking ForExperience in media implementation, brand activation, events or marketing campaignsA strong understanding of end‐to‐end campaign executionHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsCommercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and timelinesA proactive mindset with a focus on delivery and problem‐solvingNice to HaveExperience working in a media or publishing environmentExposure to large‐scale campaigns or integrated marketing programsAre Media is a proud member of Media Diversity Australia, a not‐for‐profit organisation working towards a media landscape that looks and sounds like Australia.
