Casual employment based in GympieCasual hourly rate $***** (inclusive of 25% loading) + applicable penalty ratesWorking Monday to Friday, shifts are typically rostered from 8:30am - 4:30pmExcellent salary packaging options (package up to $15,900 per FBT year)Training opportunities including Therapeutic Crisis Intervention,



Preventing Child Sexual Exploitation and Sanctuary trainingAnnual $250 personal wellbeing reimbursement benefit towards eligible activitiesFree access to the CALM Premium App + Flight Centre personal travel discountsAccess to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Responsibilities Of The RoleProvide place based assertive outreach to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or those at risk of homelessnessSupport and refer clients to access and engage with services to address their individual needsWork with other providers within a multi-agency team, to deliver a holistic and collaborative model of serviceAssist individuals with applications for housing and their transition to longer-term accommodation optionsProvide emotional, social and welfare support in a culturally safe, therapeutic and trauma informed mannerTimely and accurate completion of administrative tasks including (but not limited to): maintenance of service user records, meeting minutes, completion of daily logs and required reportingRequirements For The RoleDemonstrated professional experience delivering case management to individuals experiencing homelessnessDemonstrated ability to undertake risk assessmentsStrong interpersonal and written communication skills,



and the ability to build rapport quicklyStrong stakeholder engagement skills within a multi-disciplinary settingA Certificate IV or higher qualification in a relevant area of study is highly regardedExperience working with people exhibiting challenging behaviours and complex needsThe ability to work independently to achieve client and program outcomesMust hold or be willing to obtain if successfulValid Queensland Driver's License with no restrictionsQLD Working with Children Check (Paid Blue Card)Licensed Care Suitability Check (LCS2)National Crime Check (a new check will be completed through IFYS systems)Ability to provide two recent line manager references including your current employerWe are an inclusive workplace that celebrates diversity and difference in our communities.
