You'll be actively involved on the floor, supporting your team, solving technical challenges and driving improvements across the operation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and develop CNC Machinists, Team Leaders and ApprenticesManage daily production across 3 & 5-axis machining centresSupport machining strategies, setups, tooling and process optimisationDrive productivity, efficiency and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with Engineering, Production and Quality teamsReview first-offs, prove-outs and production readinessEnsure the highest standards of safety, quality and operational performanceBuild capability across the team through mentoring and technical leadershipMonitor shop performance,
