The TeamThe Intensive Family Engagement Service (IFES) supports families that are assessed as experiencing complex issues impacting the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
The delivery of support aims to build capacity in the family to provide a safe and stable home environment for the children and young people.The IFES team is a dynamic, child focused service dedicated to family preservation and strengthening parental capacity.
We work collaboratively with families, community partners, and other support services to ensure children can remain safe, supported, and connected to their families wherever possible.

You will build deep expertise while working within a specialised team to support such as Intake, Assessment, Case Management or Out of Home Care.
You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding children and young people by:Responding to and assessing reports of children at risk of harmWorking directly with families to improve safety, stability and wellbeingManaging cases and coordinating interventions with other professionalsPreparing reports and participating in court processes when requiredBuilding strong partnerships with children, families and service providersWhat's in for you?
