As part of our team, you'll contribute to crucial environmental solutions through our innovative Water, Waste, Energy and Industrial Services, helping protect the environment and address essential human needs for a sustainable future.The OpportunityAs a result of the company's continued growth, we are now looking for suitably qualified and experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our Henderson team for ongoing maintenance Defence works.The Engineering Supervisor will support our increasing Defence projects and be responsible for the frontline supervision and coordination of mechanical activitiesTo be successful for this position, the following skills/qualifications would be looked upon favourably:Australian recognised Mechanical Engineering Degree or Trade Qualification with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar roleAustralian Drivers LicenceConfined SpaceWorking at HeightsFirst Attack for FireOHS Construction White cardAbility to obtain a Criminal Police clearanceLead, Supervise and Coordinate the Planning, Design, and Implementation of complex marine engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsEnsuring inspections, quality documentation and project records are completed correctlyMaintain clear client communication and preparation of detailed project reports, budgets, and presentations for stakeholdersManage project-related risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomesStrong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills,
