This 104-place service has fantastic modern facilities offering a purpose-built infrastructure to support our educators and children.About the PositionAs the Centre Manager, you will manage and support an established team of educators and build strong positive relationships with families.
You will genuinely love children and enjoy the opportunity to model best practices to educators in the centre.As a Centre Manager, your core responsibilities will include the following:Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the centreLead, motivate and support the teamMaintain a high-quality and performing centreA continuous increase in occupancy and maintaining a strong reputation across the communityEnsure the Centre is compliant and exceeds all the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with a focus on providing an excellent level of education and care to the children.What we are looking for:A completed Diploma (minimum) or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)Excellent understanding of the National Quality Framework, including the National Quality Standards, knowledge of CCS (Child Care Subsidy) and CCMS (Child Care Management System) administration, and the national assessment and rating systemAt least 2 years experience as a Centre ManagerMinimum of 5 years total experience in the sectorKnowledge of relevant legislative documents,



applicable to the sectorDemonstrated experience in leading and managing a team with practical skills in conflict resolution and implementing performance review processesDemonstrated ability to establish a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement among the educators and staffPossess a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)Current First Aid/ CPR including Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificatesCompleted Child Safety and Child Protection trainingsWilling to apply for a National Police CheckWhy work for MindChamps?
