NSMS currently have an exciting opportunity based at our KCGM Operations for an experienced Underground Leading Hand - Electrician.
Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the leadership, supervision, and direction of the underground electrical team.
Job Title: Trades – Leading Hand - Electrical
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
Roster: 7/7, 12hr Shifts
Experience:
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the mining industry.
Proven ability to effectively lead teams in an underground setting.
Ability to train and pass on knowledge to Electrical personnel.Flexibility to adapt to improved procedures and practices
Awareness of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations
Qualifications :
Current "A" Grade Western Australian Electrical Licence
Current "C" Class Western Australian Driver's Licence




High Voltage switching ticket (desirable)
Nationally recognized Working at Heights competency (desirable)
High Risk Work Licence (desirable)
