I'm currently looking to connect with experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architects for upcoming opportunities with a leading global organisation.This is aimed at someone who can operate beyond the technical architecture - someone comfortable sitting with senior stakeholders, understanding complex business requirements and translating those into pragmatic, scalable D365 solutions.The role will involve:Owning the end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 F&OAdvising; clients throughout complex ERP transformation programmesWorking across areas including Finance, Supply Chain, Retail and ManufacturingLeading solution design and ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical deliveryWorking closely with functional, technical and integration teamsProviding guidance and challenge to senior client stakeholdersIdentifying opportunities to improve solutions through automation,



AI and emerging Microsoft technologiesSupporting key architectural decisions throughout the programme lifecycleWhat I'm looking for:Strong hands‐on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsPrevious experience operating as a Solution Architect / Lead Architect on large‐scale ERP programmesStrong understanding across Finance and/or Supply Chain ManagementExperience within Retail or Manufacturing environments would be highly advantageousA genuine consulting mindset - able to advise, challenge and influence rather than simply take requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesExperience within a Big 4, global SI or recognised Microsoft consultancy would be highly regardedAn interest in how AI and innovation can improve ERP transformation and business outcomesThe technical capability is important, but equally significant is someone who can build credibility with clients and operate comfortably at senior stakeholder level.
