Garrawarra Centre, operated by South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD), is recruiting a Registered Nurse for dementia-specific aged care.
Role supports residents with dementia and associated behaviours in a purpose-built 104-bed facility.You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering person-centred care, and adhering to NSW Health standards.
An Aged Care Check and NDIS Worker Check are required for this position.
