You'll be out in the business, building relationships, developing leaders, understanding what's really happening on the ground and driving meaningful improvement.Why this role?

Your first priority will be people - supporting and mentoring the two Operations Managers, strengthening leadership capability and making sure teams feel supported, connected and valued.From there, you'll build a deep understanding of both operations before identifying opportunities to improve efficiency,



consistency and performance.You'll also:Own operational P&L; performance and agreed KPIsCoach and develop operational leadersDrive accountability and engagementIdentify and implement practical improvementsWork closely with Sales and key dealership stakeholdersGet out into workshops and across the operationBecome a trusted operational partner to the QLD State ManagerWhat we're looking forWe're looking for an experienced operations leader and people manager who brings commercial nous, sound judgement and plenty of initiative.You'll ideally have:Senior operational leadership experienceStrong people leadership and coaching capabilityExperience managing P&L;, budgets and KPIsA collaborative, hands‐on leadership styleStrong commercial and problem‐solving skillsThe confidence to make decisions and take ownershipAutomotive experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
More important is your ability to lead people, build trust, understand operations and make things happen.And personality matters.
