We support the development of our employees, recognise strong performance and place safety at the center of everything we do.The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and highly competent Production Manager leading the day-to-day operations of our concrete sleeper manufacturing facility.This role is ideal for an experienced manufacturing professional who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career.
You will help coordinate production, supervise employees and maintain high standards across safety, quality, productivity and housekeeping.Key DutiesSupport daily and weekly production KPIsSupervise manufacturing activities and provide day-to-day direction to production employeesMonitor product quality and ensure products are manufactured to specificationAssist with production planning, scheduling and labour allocationIdentify opportunities to reduce waste, downtime and production inefficienciesMaintain high standards of housekeeping, safety and equipment readinessAssist with employee training and ensure training records are kept up to dateProvide first-level support for attendance, performance and other day-to-day employee mattersSupport trials of new products, materials and manufacturing processesEnsure compliance with quality management systems,
