Salary: $81,458 - $112,624 + Salary Packaging (providing tax benefits of up to $18,550)Full-Time or Part-Time$4,000 Sign-on BonusJoin the team at Rocky Bay, a leading disability service provider, as a Speech Pathologist dedicated to making a profound impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities and their familiesAbout the OpportunityIn this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to:Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalised treatment plans that promote effective communication, swallowing, and overall quality of lifeUtilise your expertise in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and strategies to facilitate meaningful interactions and increase independence.Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing your valuable insights and recommendations for holistic client careStay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and innovative approaches in the field of Speech Pathology, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledgeKey ResponsibilitiesUphold clinical governance, ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, and Rocky Bay policiesWork collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding customer outcomesHave a strong understanding of person- and family-centred practiceAbility to implement and promote contemporary best practiceQualifications and ExperienceA passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilitiesExceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essentialBachelor's or Master's degree in Speech PathologyCurrent registration with Speech Pathology AustraliaExperience in building successful working relationships with customers, families, carers, and stakeholders.Proven experience in providing speech pathology services,
