We inspire, create curiosity, and empower women through their beauty and confidence.The RoleAs an IT Service & Application Analyst at Honey Birdette, you'll play an important role in supporting the applications and technology that power our global retail and digital operations.
This is a hands‐on, hybrid support role working across our retail technology ecosystem, including ERP, e‐commerce, middleware, finance and logistics platforms.
You'll provide first and second line support, troubleshoot application and integration issues, and help keep our omnichannel operations running smoothly.
Working closely with business teams, technology partners and external vendors, you'll investigate incidents, resolve system and data issues, support end users, and contribute to ongoing enhancements and automation.
From troubleshooting API failures and monitoring integrations to setting up new starters and resolving order flow issues, no two days will look quite the same.What You'll Be DoingProvide first and second line support across business applications, including ERP,
e‐commerce, finance, middleware and logistics platformsTroubleshoot, triage and resolve application bugs, incidents and system issuesMonitor integration health and investigate REST and SOAP API failures, message queue errors and pipeline issuesInvestigate and resolve end‐to‐end order flow issues, from order capture through to warehouse dispatchSupport omnichannel processes, including inventory integrations, inter‐branch stock transfers and international consolidation flowsInvestigate data discrepancies across systems, including pricing, stock, orders and currencyManage user access and support end‐user onboarding and offboardingSet up and configure laptops, systems and software for new and existing team membersOnboard users to business systems and provide training where requiredLiaise with external vendors to troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutionsMaintain transparent system, application and process documentationIdentify opportunities to improve existing systems, support processes and automationContribute to ongoing application enhancements and technology improvementsUse AI tools to support ticket triage, problem-solving and day‐to‐day productivityYour Sweet Spots (About You)5+ years' experience in application support, ideally within a retail or e‐commerce environmentExperience reading and debugging code in an object‐oriented language, preferably .
NET or JavaHands‐on experience supporting ERP, e‐commerce,
finance or other business‐critical platformsExperience troubleshooting middleware or iPaaS integration flows using platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft or similarStrong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, including reading payloads, identifying failures and working with vendorsUnderstanding of omnichannel retail operations, including order management, fulfilment, inventory and inter‐branch transfersFamiliarity with retail ERP concepts, including purchase orders, goods receipts, stock, pricing and multi‐currencyExperience supporting the e‐commerce order lifecycle and 3PL integrationsWorking exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI and Power AutomateComfortable using AI‐assisted tools to improve productivity and problem‐solvingStrong troubleshooting skills with a practical, solutions‐focused approachExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing dependable end‐user supportDesired but not essential:Experience with retail ERP, middleware or e‐commerce platformsExposure to multi‐region retail operations across Australia, the UK, the US or EuropeExperience supporting international orders and cross‐region inventory flowsPrevious experience working in a fast‐paced, global retail environmentHoney BenefitsHybrid Working ArrangementsBirthday, Wellness & Parental LeaveGenerous Product DiscountsSelf Love LeaveConvenient Sydney CBD OfficePremium Gym MembershipWe love you just the way you are, honey xx Honey Birdette is an equal opportunity employer.
