Some of the key responsibilities of this role will include (but are not limited to):Providing outstanding service with both external and internal stakeholdersPrepare for and conduct General Meetings and Council MeetingsPreparing and reviewing budgets and financialsOversee and schedule maintenanceProvide guidance and advice on the Strata Titles Act and By-Law complianceOversee the day-to-day operations of multiple strata properties, ensuring smooth and efficient management.Access to shared assistant and support teams to handle administration duties.Be willing to participate in one or more of our various ESM teams for example our Education & Communication team, Training team or Strata Specialist team.
