As Our New ED NUM, You Will
Provide clinical, operational and professional leadership for the nursing team.
Coordinate safe, efficient and patient‐centred care across the unit.
Lead workforce planning, rostering, performance management and staff development.
Manage human, financial and physical resources to achieve service and organisational goals.
Foster a positive workplace culture built on collaboration and continuous improvement.
Essential Criteria
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and extensive experience in emergency nursing.
Possession of post graduate qualifications in clinical leadership or management or currently enrolled in same or combination.
