직무 설명:Job OverviewThe Operations Team Leader is responsible for managing a small team overseeing operations, inventory, and supervising order processing, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.ResponsibilitiesOversee and lead warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping productsMaintain inventory accuracy and ensure inventory levels are sufficient to meet customer demandSupervise and train warehouse staff, including scheduling, assigning tasks,



and monitoring performanceConduct audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environmentCollaborate with other departments to ensure effective order fulfillment and timely delivery of productsImplement and maintain warehouse best practices to optimize efficiency and minimize costsCoordinate with vendors and carriers to schedule inbound and outbound shipmentsResolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, orders, or shipmentsEnsure temperature integrity for stock are maintained and data collectedEscalate errors to the relevant ManagerEnsure compliance of all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines by all direct reportsComplete other duties as assignedSkills And ExperienceProven experience as a warehouse team leader or similar roleStrong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practicesExcellent leadership, interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively manage and motivate a teamProficient in inventory management and software systemsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesKnowledge of safety regulations and best practices직원 유형:정규직UPS는 차별, 괴롭힘 및 보복이 없는 일터를 제공하기 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다.
