Progressive Australian Animal Health company requires a highly motivated and well organised National Sales Manager.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will provide exceptional customer service to a portfolio of existing customers, seek out new customers and grow revenue through the introduction of new products and solutions to our customers.
You will also be required to provide direction, mentoring and training to our sales representatives.
This role demands that you have the passion and ability to work independently as a specialist and trusted advisor in this field, maintaining and building sustainable and profitable client relationships.
Develop and grow the company's presence in Australia.
Drive growth in existing products and introduce current products, capturing market opportunities.
Be innovative and hands-on.
The successful candidate will focus on key account management, sales results, business growth and sales team development.

The successful candidate will attend to the following duties but not limited to the below




Manage sales across Australia and New ZelandManage the national sales teamKey account management including integrators, distributors, consultants, feed mills, pet food companies and end usersAchieve quarterly and annual budgets for salesCall on customers and end usersRepresent the company at trade shows and Industry eventsKeep abreast of Industry trendsHighly motivated, willing to travel, with good planning skills.Customer focused, independent and resourceful.
