Based in Eveleigh, this is an excellent opportunity to combine people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence within a complex banking environment.Your new roleAs a Market Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 10 team members within a middle-office function, ensuring exceptional service delivery for both internal and external customers.
This role will see you managing escalated client queries, driving team performance, strengthening client relationships, and partnering closely with senior management on operational and strategic initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 10 Market Operations SpecialistsManaging team performance, capability development, and employee engagementHandling complex client escalations and service-related issuesBuilding robust relationships with high-profile customers, stakeholders,
