About the RoleWe are recruiting a Full-Time Contract Manager to support cleaning operations across the University of Queensland St Lucia and surrounding campuses.These roles involve Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm, providing leadership and hands‐on support to our cleaning teams operating within school and learning environments.You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, supporting team members, and ensuring safe, efficient service delivery at University of Queensland.What You'll Be DoingLead and manage site operations from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality across all service functionsBuild and maintain strong, proactive client relationshipsEnsure outstanding service delivery and client satisfactionDrive team performance across supervisors, team leaders and cleaning staffOversee workforce planning, rosters, and labour optimisationEnsure compliance with WHS, company policies, and site requirementsMonitor performance against KPIs and implement continuous improvementsManage budgets, reporting, and operational outcomesSupport recruitment, onboarding, and development of your teamYou Should HaveExperience in a site leadership or similar operational leadership roleStrong communication,
