Rockpool Residential Aged Care is seeking a Community Leader who is a Registered Nurse to provide day-to-day clinical and operational leadership for our Northshore Hamilton community.In this frontline role you will supervise a care team, develop individualised care plans and ensure secure, person-centred care across all shifts.You will collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Consultant and the General Manager, drive quality, safety and a positive team culture.
