We're seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead an afternoon production team in a busy steel manufacturing setting.Afternoon Shift: 12:00pm – 8:00pm | Monday to FridayKey ResponsibilitiesLead and support production staff on shiftOversee flashing and folding operationsMonitor production targets and quality standardsPromote a strong safety cultureTrain and mentor team membersAssist with troubleshooting and process improvementsWhat's on OfferLong-term opportunity with a growing businessMonday to Friday afternoon shiftSupportive management teamClean, organised and safety-focused workplaceAbout YouPrevious experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Leading HandStrong flashing and folding or relevant experienceBackground in steel manufacturing, sheet metal or roofing productsSafety-focused with a hands-on leadership style
