Our patients are admitted for end-of-life care, symptom management, assistance with discharge planning and respite.
Specialised assessment, care and discharge planning is provided by an inter-disciplinary team.About the RoleYou as a Grade 2 Registered Nurse, under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality patient care within the palliative care unit.
The Grade 2 Registered Nurse will also be responsible for his/her own career development,
