Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will lead a dedicated team including Administration, Operations, and Marketing Managers, ensuring the centre operates to the highest professional standards and delivers maximum returns to our client, Growthpoint Properties Australia.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Planning – Prepare and analyse budgets, business plans, monthly reports, and forecasts in accordance with the Management AgreementFinancial Management & Planning – Maintain tight control over operating costs and maximise net returnsFinancial Management & Planning – Oversee rent collection, arrears management,



and outgoings recoveriesFinancial Management & Planning – Analyse retailer trading performance and occupancy costsOperations Excellence – Maintain the centre to the highest standards while minimising liability exposureOperations Excellence – Ensure compliance with OH&S;, environmental, and risk management policiesOperations Excellence – Manage maintenance programs, contractors, and plant/equipment to Australian StandardsOperations Excellence – Oversee minor tenancy fit-outs and project managementLeasing & Retail Mix – Work with external leasing consultants to achieve key leasing milestonesLeasing & Retail Mix – Manage assignment of lease processes and retail mix strategyLeasing & Retail Mix – Prepare leasing documentation and disclosure packagesMarketing & Retailer Relations – Develop and maintain positive relationships with retailers to drive productivityMarketing & Retailer Relations – Implement marketing strategies that reflect the centre's market positionMarketing & Retailer Relations – Proactively manage underperforming retailers and minimise rental abatementsLeadership & Team Management – Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing centre-based teamLeadership & Team Management – Foster a culture of client focus and service excellenceLeadership & Team Management – Collaborate effectively with portfolio and head office teamsEssential Requirements5+ years of retail property management experience with comprehensive knowledge of property functions and the Retail Tenancy ActCurrent Real Estate & Business Sales Representative Registration (Property Managers) in South AustraliaDegree in Property, Business,
