This role will take ownership of complex, cross-functional projects from initial planning through development and commercialisation, working closely with Product Development, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing and Commercial teams.ResponsibilitiesLead New Product Development projects (Medical Technology/ Software) from initiation through to commercialisationDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resources and deliverablesCoordinate cross-functional teams across Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Operations and Commercial functionsIdentify project risks, dependencies and potential roadblocks and develop appropriate mitigation strategiesDrive accountability across project teams to ensure key milestones and deliverables are achievedFacilitate project meetings,



cross-functional reviews and stakeholder updatesDevelop project dashboards, KPIs and reporting to track progress and communicate key risksProvide clear project updates and presentations to senior stakeholdersManage multiple priorities and projects within a fast-paced environmentContribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and toolsSkills and ExperienceBachelor Degree, Masters or MBA preferredDemonstrated experience managing New Product Development projectsExperience successfully leading projects through the product development lifecycle and commercialisationMedical device, medical technology or healthcare industry experience is highly desirableExperience within another highly regulated product development environment will also be consideredStrong project planning, risk management and stakeholder management capabilityProven ability to coordinate and influence multidisciplinary teams without direct authorityExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence presenting to senior stakeholdersPMP certification would be advantageousA proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong focus on delivering projects on time, within scope and to a high standardCultureYou'll join a collaborative, innovative and highly organized team that values accountability, strong communication and developing technology that supports better healthcare outcomes.
