If you enjoy solving complex problems, mentoring others and seeing your designs come to life in the field, this could be a great next step.You'll join a supportive, highly skilled engineering team delivering practical, site-specific solutions across power, pumping, controls, renewables and infrastructure projects.What you'll bring:Bachelor of Engineering — Electrical, Electronic or equivalent5+ years' post-graduate industry experienceStrong understanding of Australian Standards, construction processes and technical complianceExperience across electrical design, switchboards, control panels, generators, drives, renewables, HV or control systemsCommercial awareness, transparent communication and confidence working with clients, suppliers and project teamsPowerCad-5 experience will be highly regardedWhat you'll do:Lead electrical engineering input across design, product selection, testing,



installation and commissioningProvide technical guidance on MCCs, switchboards, control panels, generators, drives, renewables, HV and control systemsReview client specifications, tenders, drawings, calculations and technical deliverablesSupport site work through inspections, commissioning and practical problem-solvingMentor engineers, chair reviews and contribute to a culture of learning, safety and continuous improvementPartner with clients, suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver smarter, reliable energy solutionsWhy UON?
