and urban renewal projectsThe OpportunityThis is a rare senior construction leadership opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of the construction division and be the driving force behind project delivery:Oversee all construction activities from pre-construction through to deliveryLead the bid, tender, and estimation processDevelop and execute growth strategies to expand market shareBuild and mentor high-performing Project and Site Management teamsMaintain robust relationships with local councils and developersDrive safety, quality, and compliance standards across all projectsManage budgets, forecasts, and resource planningRepresent the company at industry events and client meetingsThis is a highly autonomous role, with full support from senior management, giving you the freedom to influence and elevate the company's construction operations.The Requirements3–5+ years in a senior management role within commercial landscaping sectorCertificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (required)Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar (highly regarded)A proven network and track record of successful project delivery within NSWLooking to Relocate?
