With a strong focus on resident wellbeing, safety and service excellence, they are seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to support their growing Retirement Living portfolio.Your new roleAn prospect has become available for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to oversee maintenance operations across multiple retirement living communities.
In this hands‐on leadership role, you will coordinate a team of Maintenance Officers and Gardeners, ensuring homes, common areas and grounds are maintained to a high standard.
You'll manage preventative and reactive maintenance programs, oversee contractors and suppliers, respond to resident requests, and help deliver safe, functional and well‐presented environments.
Working closely with residents and internal stakeholders,
