Make a Genuine Impact.Greencross Vets is seeking an experienced and passionate Practice Manager to support and lead our teams across Greencross Booragoon and Greencross O'Connor.This exciting dual-site leadership chance is ideal for an experienced Practice Manager, Vet Nurse with leadership experience or a healthcare leader who thrives on developing people, driving operational excellence, and creating positive team cultures.Working across two established and community-focused clinics, you'll play a key role in supporting our veterinarians, nurses, reception teams, and clients while helping both clinics continue to thrive.This is a full-time position worked across 4 days per week, offering an excellent work-life balance while allowing you to make a meaningful impact across both locations.The RoleYou'll split your time equally across both clinics, working:2 days per week at Greencross Booragoon2 days per week at Greencross O'ConnorThe role will include:1 Administration Day at each clinic focusing on leadership, operations, people management, business performance, rostering, and clinic growth1 Reception Day at each clinic supporting client experience, team leadership, workflow management, and day-to-day operationsThis hands-on leadership approach allows you to remain connected to both teams while maintaining a strong operational focus.Why This Opportunity?
