They offer a supportive and collaborate environment, and reputation for being people-first and performance-focused.This Financial Controller role will allow the right finance executive to take ownership of the finance function, reporting directly into the Managing Director.
It will oversee a small team of 4 and ensure robust reporting to the ELT and Board.This is a hands-on role, well-suited to someone with experience working in an SME environment.
We will consider up and coming finance executives looking to transition into their first 'Head of' position.The ChallengeKey responsibilities will include:Leading month-end and year-end close, ensuring timely reportingDelivering budgets and forecasts,
