What you'll be doing
Lead and manage day-to-day operations of our Integrated and Managed Services business unit at Weipa site, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant service deliveryBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulators, representing REMONDIS locallyLead the team and efficiently managing our solid and liquid waste logistics fleet, landfill and transfer station operationsBe responsible for training and developing the team,



safety and customer service excellenceEnsure cost effective operations and take accountability for operational financial performanceProvide the highest possible levels of client satisfaction, maximize contract profitability and expand our services
What you'll bring
Operational environment expertise and background.Excellent communication and strong project management skillsProven management and hands-on leadership experienceStrong background in waste industry or environmental knowledgeHR driver license is required
