About the ProjectACCIONA is delivering a major Defence program comprising complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure works.About the OpportunityACCIONA Construction Australia is undergoing significant growth and is seeking a Senior Planner to join our team based in our Adelaide head office.
In this key role, you will be responsible for developing, managing and monitoring project programs across tender,
delivery and completion phases, ensuring successful planning outcomes across complex infrastructure projects.Key accountabilities
Management and production of programs developed from first principles using project scope, design documentation and delivery strategiesCoordinate internal and external stakeholder inputs to develop accurate and achievable project programsAssign plant, labour and material resources, producing histograms and S-curves to support project controlsConvert tender/bid programs into contract master programsDevelop program management plans and supporting documentationManage time-related risks and opportunities, including qualitative and quantitative schedule risk analysisConduct regular site visits to monitor and record project progressProvide progress updates and reporting in consultation with key stakeholdersAssist in identifying and assessing program changes and analysing cause and effect impacts
About You
Demonstrated planning experience within a construction or engineering environmentAdvanced expertise in Primavera P6, project scheduling and program logic networkingStrong understanding of design engineering, procurement,
construction and commissioning methodologiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and exercise sound judgementExcellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationshipsStrong analytical and problem-solving capability
Additional requirementDue to the Defence contracts we currently work on, Australian Citizenship is required for this role in order to obtain Baseline Clearance.
