We're looking for experienced Software Engineers who enjoy solving difficult technical problems and building systems that perform reliably out in the field.This role is ideal for engineers who like working across disciplines.
Depending on your background, you might specialise in machine learning, robotics, computer vision, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, embedded software, scientific computing, or full-stack development.
What matters most is strong engineering fundamentals, sound technical judgement, and the ability to build software that performs in complex real-world environments.You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team developing advanced autonomous systems that combine robotics, sensing, machine learning, software, and intelligent automation.About You:You're someone who enjoys understanding how complex systems work and turning difficult technical problems into elegant software solutions.What You'll Be Working OnDesigning and building production-quality software for complex autonomous systemsSolving challenging engineering problems across robotics, sensing, AI, data processing, and distributed softwareDeveloping scalable software that integrates hardware, algorithms, cloud infrastructure, and user-facing applicationsBuilding robust, maintainable systems that operate reliably in demanding environmentsDebugging complex system behaviour across software, hardware, networking, data,



and performance layersWorking closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver innovative technology from concept through deploymentContributing to architecture, testing, code quality, automation, and engineering best practicesYou'll likely bring strong experience in one or more of the following:Machine Learning or Artificial IntelligenceComputer Vision or Image ProcessingRobotics or Autonomous SystemsScientific Computing or Applied MathematicsDistributed Systems or Cloud InfrastructureReal-Time SoftwareEmbedded SoftwareData Platforms or Backend EngineeringFull-Stack Product DevelopmentJust as importantly, you'll have:Robust software engineering fundamentalsExcellent problem-solving abilityCuriosity and a willingness to learn across multiple engineering disciplinesA pragmatic approach to building reliable production softwareStrong communication and collaboration skillsTechnical EnvironmentExperience with some of the following would be valuable:PythonC++TypeScriptContainers and KubernetesCI/CD and modern software engineering practicesMachine Learning and Computer Vision frameworksRobotics, automation, or sensing technologiesWhy Join?
