With a modern, purpose‐designed manufacturing facility and a team of skilled professionals, Whitty Engineering continues to grow its capability, capacity and market reach.They are now seeking an experienced Commercial Manager - Technical Sales to join their Senior Management Team and lead the organisation commercially.About the RoleThis senior position is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening customer partnerships and positioning Whitty Engineering as a preferred supplier of engineered solutions across domestic and international markets.You'll lead technical sales strategy, key account management, estimating oversight and brand/market positioning — working closely with engineering, operations, fabrication and project teams to deliver high‐quality outcomes for customers.This role suits a technical sales professional who brings clarity, credibility and a values‐driven approach to growth.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Sales & Business DevelopmentLead technical sales strategy aligned with engineering capabilityIdentify recent markets, customer segments and product opportunitiesManage the full technical sales pipeline from enquiry to contract awardProvide accurate forecasting, reporting and market intelligenceKey Account Management (Domestic & International)Manage major customer relationships, including international OEMsProvide technical advice and solution recommendationsDevelop long‐term account plans and support product innovationOversee the Project Estimator and ensure accurate, feasible costingsCollaborate with engineering,
