Key ResponsibilitiesManage a reduced and more technical portfolio of life insurance claims from assessment through to resolution.Be a point of reference for the team on technical and complex claims matters.Conduct claim reviews and provide guidance and advise on claim strategies.Develop Injury Management and Return to Work Plans.Proactively manage claims reserves and review information as circumstances change.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support appropriate recovery and return-to-work outcomes.Provide a high level of customer service throughout the claims process.About YouSeveral years' experience managing a portfolio of Group or Retail Life Insurance claims.Experience conducting claims reviews.Proven ability in coaching and guiding others from a technical and claims management perspective.Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.A genuine desire to support people through injury and recovery.Confidence communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders.What's on Offer?
