Due to ongoing growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estimator to join their team.Your new roleWorking closely with senior management, you will be responsible for preparing estimates and tender submissions across a diverse range of remedial construction projects.
This role offers the chance to be involved in projects from initial tender through to handover.Key responsibilitiesPreparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissionsReviewing plans,



specifications and scope documentsObtaining and assessing subcontractor and supplier quotationsConducting site inspections and attending pre-tender meetingsPreparing project budgets and cost plansIdentifying project risks and opportunitiesLiaising with clients, suppliers and key stakeholdersWhat you'll need to succeedPrevious estimating experience within remedial, residential or commercial constructionStrong understanding of construction methodologies and pricingAbility to interpret construction drawings and specificationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsHigh level of attention to detail and commercial acumenStrong organisational and time management skillsWhat you'll get in returnCompetitive salary packageLong-term career opportunity with a growing businessDiverse and challenging projectsSupportive team environmentGold Coast location
