NOW WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO RUN THE OPERATION.Technaus Solar is looking for a high-calibre Operations Manager to take ownership of our Victorian post-sale operation and drive the performance, efficiency and accountability of our installation network.This is a senior leadership prospect for an experienced A-Grade Electrician who has progressed beyond the tools and wants genuine responsibility, authority and earning potential.You may already be an Operations Manager, Installation Manager, Electrical Supervisor, Leading Hand or senior electrician ready for the next step.What matters is that you understand how solar and electrical installations should run, can manage people, solve problems quickly and are prepared to take ownership of results.This is not a coordinator or administration role.You will be the key operational link between sales, customers, installers and management, ensuring every job moves from sale to installation efficiently, professionally and profitably.And importantly, your earning potential will be directly linked to the results you deliver.THE ROLEYou will take responsibility for the daily operational performance of Technaus' Victorian installation operation.This includes:Taking ownership of the entire post-sale processManaging and coordinating our Eastern State installation networkDirectly managing installers, electricians and contractorsEnsuring jobs are scheduled, progressing and completed on timeDriving installation capacity and productivityIdentifying bottlenecks and fixing them before they become customer problemsManaging installation quality, compliance and workmanship standardsHolding installers and operational teams accountable for performanceResolving operational and customer escalations quicklyWorking closely with sales to ensure sold jobs are operationally viableManaging communication between customers, installers and internal teamsMonitoring installation performance, productivity and completion ratesImproving scheduling,



workflow and operational processesIdentifying operational risks and implementing practical solutionsProviding management with clear visibility of operational performanceHelping build and strengthen our installer network as the business growsTaking ownership when something goes wrong and making sure it gets resolvedWE ARE LOOKING FOR A LEADER — NOT AN ADMINISTRATORYou need to be someone who can walk into a problem, understand what is happening and fix it.You will be expected to make decisions, manage people, challenge poor performance and continuously improve the way the operation runs.We are looking for someone who naturally thinks:What is the problem?

The right person will be:Holder of a Full Australian Driver's Licence – ESSENTIALExperienced within the solar, battery and electrical industryExperienced managing installers, electricians, contractors or operational teamsTechnically strong enough to understand installation issues and challenge poor workmanshipCommercially minded and results-drivenHighly organised and capable of managing multiple prioritiesConfident making decisions without needing constant directionA strong communicator who can deal confidently with customers, installers, sales teams and senior managementComfortable having difficult conversations and holding people accountableA strong problem solver who doesn't wait to be told what to doProcess-driven, but practical enough to think outside the box when requiredSomeone who takes ownership and follows issues through to completionTHIS COULD BE YOUR NEXT STEPYou don't necessarily need to already hold the title of Operations Manager.If you are an experienced A-Grade Electrician, Electrical Supervisor, Leading Hand or Installation Manager who understands the solar industry and knows you are capable of running a larger operation,
