This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a qualified electrician ready to take the next step in their career.What You'll Be DoingLead and coordinate day-to-day workshop activities within the switchboard assembly teamMentor and support tradespeople and apprentices to build capability and accountabilityChampion a strong safety culture, identify risks, drive safe behaviours, and uphold standardsEnsure all work meets quality specifications, drawings, and compliance requirementsWork closely with supervisors and production teams to meet deadlines across a busy pipelineTake ownership of your area,
