The ideal candidate will lead by example, managing multiple construction sites while ensuring high-quality project completion.
We are looking for someone committed to collaboration and effective communication, fostering growth within the team.About the RoleYou will work closely with the Site Manager and project team to deliver high-quality carpentry works for this new build.




Duties include:Leading and supervising small teams of carpenters and labourersCompleting all aspects of carpentry, including framing, cladding, soffits, fit-outs, and detailed installationsEnsuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programmeMaintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and qualityWhat We're Looking ForAbility to read and interpret construction drawingsAbility to lead crews and manage workflow on siteStrong commitment to safety and qualityWhat's in it for YouExcellent pay rates - $70 to $80 per hour, depending on experienceProfessional, experienced team environmentOpportunity to take ownership of site carpentry activitiesPlease note: Recruitment agencies and overseas applications will not be considered.
