With a strong reputation for client service, technical excellence and project delivery, they continue to experience significant growth and are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Melbourne team.This is an prospect to play a key role in both project delivery and the ongoing growth of the business, working closely alongside senior leadership while managing high-profile developments from inception through to completion.About the Role Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of projects, managing client relationships, administering contracts and overseeing project teams to ensure successful outcomes.Key responsibilities include:End-to-end project management from feasibility, design and procurement through to construction delivery and project close-outActing as Project Manager and Superintendent across a variety of projectsManaging consultants, contractors and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleLeading procurement activities, tender processes and contract negotiationsContract administration including progress claims, variations, EOTs, cashflow forecasting and financial reportingChairing design, consultant, site and PCG meetingsManaging project programmes, risks,
