As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care that supports residents living with dignity, choice and independence.
Working within our Seniors Communities, you will provide compassionate nursing care, undertake clinical assessments, contribute to care planning and collaborate closely with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive health outcomes.

This role includes conducting wellness assessments, wound care management, catheter care, monitoring high-risk residents, coordinating follow‐up care and working collaboratively with families, Clinical Leads and allied health professionals to support positive resident outcomes that enhances their wellbeing and quality of life though inclusive care.

Resident Care & Wellbeing
Deliver routine and complex nursing care, including wound management, injections, infection control and medication‐related supportConduct comprehensive clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents' health and wellbeingEvaluate resident progress and adjust care interventions as requiredRespond appropriately to clinical incidents, illnesses, falls and changes in conditionEscalate concerns and liaise with doctors, specialists and healthcare providers when requiredEnsure residents are treated with empathy, dignity and respect at all times
Communication & Collaboration
Build trusted relationships with residents, families and representativesShare clinical knowledge and support colleagues to achieve positive resident outcomesWork collaboratively with care teams, allied health professionals and operational leadersContribute to the review and evaluation of resident care plansMaintain accurate, timely and compliant clinical documentationParticipate in case conferences and multidisciplinary discussions
Quality, Compliance & Safety
Deliver care in accordance with AHPRA standards, aged care legislation and organisational policiesSupport a culture of clinical excellence, continuous improvement and resident safetyParticipate in safety, quality and compliance activitiesReport incidents, hazards and risks in line with organisational requirements
What You'll Bring
You are a compassionate and clinically confident Registered Nurse who enjoys building meaningful relationships and making a positive difference in the lives of older people.
You Will Also Need
Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered NurseMinimum 3 years' nursing experienceExperience within aged care, retirement living, general practice or community nursing or a high-volume clinical environmentStrong clinical assessment, care planning and documentation skillsA current competency in urinary catheter insertion and removal is highly desirableSound understanding of aged care standards and funding requirementsCurrent Driver's License, good to have
