and positive life outcomes.Key Responsibilities IncludeSupporting young people with daily living activities and personal careAdministering medications and attending medical appointmentsProviding emotional and behavioural support using trauma-informed practicesAssisting with education, employment, and life skill developmentFacilitating community participation, cultural connections, and family contactCreating safe and supportive environments that foster independence and confidenceWhat You Can Bring to the TeamYour experience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills will be invaluable in supporting young people as they transition into adulthood.We're Looking For People Who HaveMinimum Certificate IV (or currently studying) in a relevant discipline, with Youth Work, Community Services, Human Services, or related qualifications highly regardedPrevious experience as a Youth Worker within a disability settingUnderstanding and experience in trauma-informed practiceStrong communication and relationship-building skillsProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookA genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their goals and aspirationsYou Must Also Hold, Or Be Willing To ObtainWorking with Children Check (Blue Card)NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS2)Current First Aid and CPR CertificatesNational Criminal History Check (Fit2Work)Open Driver's Licence and comprehensive vehicle insuranceIf you're passionate about supporting young people and creating positive outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.Endeavour Foundation encourages applications from people of all ages, nationalities, abilities, and cultures.
